Enabling children, young people and families only have to tell their story once, and get the support they need, when they need it.

About the Role

As a Project Worker 2, you will play a key role in supporting children, young people and families who would benefit from early help. • Undertake assessments and develop family‑centred plans?
  • Use a strengths‑based, trauma‑informed approach in all interactions?
  • Promote engagement with the Family Hub and wider community services?
  • Maintain accurate, timely records in line with safeguarding and data requirements?

Are you;

  • Passionate about improving outcomes for children and families?
  • Skilled at building positive, trusting relationships?
  • Experienced in delivering early‑help, youth work, family support or community services?
  • Confident in facilitating groups and delivering structured programmes?
  • Knowledgeable about safeguarding and early‑help processes?
  • Adaptable, proactive and able to work independently within a multi‑agency team?
  • Committed to inclusion, equality and empowering families?

What We Offer
