Are you looking for a rewarding role supporting children, young people, and families to thrive? We have an exciting opportunity for a Family Aide Worker to join our team. As one of our Family Aide Workers, you will develop and deliver a range of targeted Early Help services designed to achieve and sustain positive outcomes for families.

In this role, you will provide hands-on emotional and practical support to families in their homes and local communities. This is a chance to make a lasting impact in your community by helping families overcome challenges and build stronger futures.

  • Experience working with the diverse needs of children, young people, and families
  • Knowledge of safeguarding practices
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to provide practical support to family members of all ages
  • Knowledge of the roles and responsibilities of statutory and voluntary services
  • Strong time management, problem-solving, and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Experience working in culturally diverse communities and in-home settings
  • Knowledge of the Bradford Early Help Framework
