Families Worker

Camborne Cluster of Churches

Camborne Cluster of Churches are seeking a part time Families’ Worker to join the team. This role offers an opportunity to support pioneering work with children and families, helping to grow faith and build community.

This role will involve working closely with the Families Lead and the wider Camborne Cluster team, you will help shape and deliver creative, inclusive ministry outreach for children and their families. This includes supporting outreach activities, working in partnership with local schools, and coordinating children’s and families’ groups and activities.

The post is part of the Diocese of Truro’s Transforming Mission Project.

Location: Camborne and surrounding Villages, Cornwall

Hours: 15 hours per week (working pattern to be agreed)

Salary: £10,714 – £12,428 per annum pro rata (based on £25,000 – £29,000 FTE), depending on skills and experience

Contract Type: 18 Months fixed term
