About this role and what is the opportunity within the role?

This is an opportunity for the successful candidate to be part of committed team supporting our colleagues in providing facilities management services.

What does a day in this role look like?

A typical day involves dealing with colleague requests, reporting works to contractors, creating purchase orders and processing invoices. In addition, allocation staff fobs, ID badges, maintaining our records and updating our helpdesk

What development opportunities are available within the role?

We will support your development providing sight loss awareness, fire aid and fire warden training.

Summary of requirements of the role

  • Have previous experience of fleet management
  • Have previous experience of office and / or facilities administration
  • Have excellent customer service skills
  • Have good time management skills
  • Have previous Fire Warden experience
  • Have previous First Aid experience
