Local homelessness charity, The Winchester Beacon is looking for an experienced Facilities and Compliance Manager to join their dedicated team of staff in this new role.
The Facilities and Compliance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation, safety and regulatory compliance of all charity facilities. This part-time role (22.5 hours per week) will ensure that buildings, systems and operations meet legal standards and support a safe and productive work environment.
The Winchester Beacon was established in 1988 and has supported thousands of people to escape homelessness. Through the provision of accommodation and tailored support, residents are able to rebuild their lives and escape homelessness for good.
The role is Winchester-based with some hybrid working. The successful candidate will need to have their own car and be prepared to travel around the Winchester area if needed.
