A warm welcome to Gatehouse and thank you for your interest in joining our school.
Gatehouse is a non-selective independent school for girls and boys aged 3–11 in East London, located close to Victoria Park. The school is based in a renovated Victorian building with modern extensions and outdoor play areas.
Gatehouse has a long-standing commitment to providing an inclusive and supportive environment where children are valued as individuals. Our approach to education reflects the vision of our founder, Phyllis Wallbank, combining traditional values with modern educational principles.

EYFS Teacher (Nursery)
Required from September 2026
Gatehouse School is seeking a highly motivated, outstanding and inspirational Nursery Teacher to teach within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and talented practitioner who enjoys working as part of a team and who is committed to supporting young children in developing confidence, curiosity and independence in their learning.

Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum
Support children’s development across all areas of learning
