Expert volunteer: legal support

We are looking for a specialist volunteer who can provide legal advice and training to local charities and community groups.

The role involves running specialist advice sessions and/or training on a broad range of legal topics including charity formation, governance, and compliance with UK law. You will also assist Community Impact Bucks in developing resources to help VCSEs (Voluntary, Community, and Social Enterprises) in Buckinghamshire.

• Volunteer role
• Required skills/experience: experience as a qualified lawyer with extensive post-qualification experience in charity law, ability to work as part of a small team, good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Time commitment: a minimum of 5 hours a month to be worked flexibly
