Executive Officer (Music)
The College wishes to appoint an experienced and versatile Executive Officer to provide professional and high-level administration assistance to the College’s Director of Music through this critical period of strategic development. The role holder will possess excellent knowledge of music, evidence of excellent analytic and critical thinking and strong computer literacy skills with demonstratable experience of office software packages (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
The role holder will have effective communication skills, both orally and in writing, and the ability to target content for the audience through excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Often acting as the first point of contact for the Director of Music, they will be required to handle complex and confidential situations and requests. They will have demonstrable experience of maintaining constructive relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders and demonstrate a resolution-based approach to problem solving. They will be reliable, enthusiastic, and come with a proven ability to work in a team environment.
