About the role
Trinity College London is look for an Exam Delivery Coordinator (Digital Exams) to support the delivery of Trinity's digital exam offering. You will be involved in administrative and operational processes to deliver qualifications across markets.
Key accountabilities and tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Support customers and other stakeholders with high quality customer service
- Advise customers on assessment options and procedures
- Support the Exam Delivery team with day to day administrative tasks to ensure processes are running effectively
- Deliver tasks associated with Digital Exam products, ensuring time sensitive tasks consistently meet deadlines
About you
We are looking for someone with excellent administrative skills who is comfortable working in a fast paced environment and ready to hit the ground running from day one. You will need to be committed to customer service and working closely with your team to deliver outcomes.
Other key skills include:
- Demonstrable experience with administrative tasks delivered quickly and accurately
- The ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Confident working with various stakeholders
- Good problem solving skills and comfortable taking initiative
