St Hilda’s College Oxford is looking for a permanent, full-time, Events Team Coordinator. The person appointed will be expected to support the College events team with day-to-day administration and co-ordination to ensure delivery of high-quality events under the direction of the Events Team Manager.

You should be motivated, have a flexible approach to work and hours, be a team player, enjoy working with people and have a strong customer focus.

The salary for this role is £28,437 rising to £32,108 per annum (University Grade 4), depending on skills and experience.

The post is full-time (35 hours a week) and will require the post holder to work their hours flexibly, out of hours, weekend and bank holiday working may be required. This role will be based on-site, in the College.

There is a paid holiday entitlement of 33 days per year, including public holidays. Lunch is provided free of charge when on duty.
