We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Events Project Assistant to join our small, dynamic team. You'll play a key role in delivering high-profile outdoor events such as the Wales Airshow, Swansea Jazz Festival, Swansea Bay 10K, and the Christmas Parade, as well as supporting a wide range of third-party events including Ironman and Singleton Park Concerts.
You'll need:
- Strong skills in administration, budgeting, project coordination and communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word).
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment, ideally in events.
- A methodical and organised approach to work.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
