  • Bede's Trust requires an organised and collaborative individual to join our Estates Department as Estates Office Administrator.

    The Role:

    The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for the Estates department, ensuring the smooth daily operation of the Facilities and Maintenance Helpdesk. This role provides essential administrative support by managing reactive maintenance logging, processing daily orders, and acting as a gatekeeper for contractor safeguarding compliance.

    Key Requirements:
    • A sharp eye for detail:you bring a meticulous approach to every task.
    • Collaboration:A natural team player who thrives in a busy, multi-disciplinary environment.
    • Communication:Exceptional verbal and written skills to interface with staff and external partners.
    • Experience & Knowledge:While not essential, previous experience in a school or Estates environment is highly desirable.

    This is a Full Time, permanent role based in Upper Dicker, with some travel to our beautiful Eastbourne site, 40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year with the working hours of 07:30 - 16:00, Monday - Friday.
