The Estates Assistant will work closely with the Estates Operations Manager to provide a customer-focused Estates & Facilities service to students, colleagues and public attending RWCMD.

The Estates Assistant is part of the College’s Operations department. The successful candidate will assist the Estates Operations manager in the day-to-day management of the College’s Estate, comprising three locations in Cardiff. This consists of the College’s stunning landmark building and the Grade II listed Anthony Hopkins centre at the main site on North Road, the Grade II* listed Old Library in the city centre and our state-of-the-art scenic construction and arts facilities at Llanishen studios.

This role will ensure that all three premises are maintained to the required standards, undertaking various maintenance tasks where required, monitoring of contractors while on site and the completion of Estates documentation.
