Vacancy – Equal Game Ambassador

Middlesex FA is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join our team as an Equal Game Ambassador on a casual worker contract (50 hours across the season, including evenings and weekends).

This exciting role will support the continued growth of women's and girls' football across Middlesex by working directly with grassroots football clubs to help create more inclusive and accessible opportunities for women and girls to participate in the game.

The Role

As an Equal Game Ambassador, you will work closely with affiliated clubs to support them in applying the knowledge gained through the Equal Game Training programme. You will help clubs develop and implement their own Equal Game Action Plans, enabling them to create welcoming environments and increase opportunities for women and girls.

This is a flexible, community-based role, working directly with clubs across Middlesex to support the development of the female game.

Contract: Casual Worker (50 hours across the season)
Rate of Pay: £25 per hour
Location: Across Middlesex (evening and weekend work required)
