As an Engagement Worker you will provide short-term, person-centred support to autistic individuals who are referred or self-refer to access support across Manchester City. The role focuses on triaging new referrals, understanding each individual’s needs, and providing tailored guidance to help them connect with appropriate services, activities, and opportunities that support their wellbeing and independence.
