Engagement Producer
The Engagement Producer role is part of a team of skilled producers and administrators who support Scottish Ballet’s award-winning engagement and outreach activity.
An ability to develop positive working relationships and lead on the planning, coordination and safe delivery of flagship programmes and activities will be key to your success.
This role works closely with the Senior Engagement Operations Manager, the Engagement Creative Manager, and the wider delivery teams.
In a nutshell, we want to hear from you if you have:
- Experience of managing multiple community or educational arts projects
- Great communication and organisational skills and the ability to establish good working relationships
- Ability and willingness to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
It’s a part-time permanent role:
- Salary is £29,000 to £31,000 per annum pro rata
- The role is part-time, working Tuesday to Thursday, in line with the needs of the business (21 hours per week)
- This role requires occasional weekend and evening work. Time off in lieu will be given
- The role is primarily based in our Glasgow HQ with occasional requirements to work elsewhere in the UK and internationally
