As the Engagement Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting positive, meaningful experiences for supporters and Members, helping to strengthen long-term relationships and contribute to the organisation’s success.
This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who is proactive, organised and comfortable working across a range of activities. You will coordinate work across Fundraising, Communications and Membership, supporting campaigns to drive supporter growth and retention and ensuring events and engagement activities run smoothly.
We are seeking enthusiastic applicants with experience providing administrative support in an office environment, coordinating events and delivering exceptional supporter care. This role is primarily weekday office hours, with flexibility for out-of-hours events.

Salary and benefits
- Salary based on experience
- 30 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays (pro-rata for part-time staff)
- 3 Privilege Days given by the MBA (used during festive closure week)
- Sick pay
- Pension scheme – the MBA will contribute 10% of basic salary into a defined contribution scheme with staff making a 3% minimum contribution. The MBA will match additional employee contributions up to an additional 5%
