About the role

Main Job Purpose

To deliver high-quality, energy advice and support to vulnerable residents across Coventry, helping them reduce energy costs, manage fuel debt, improve energy efficiency, and stay warm and financially stable. The adviser will provide one-to-one support, outreach sessions, and follow-up interventions while meeting projects targets and maintaining accurate case records.
