About the role
Citizens Advice Sandwell & Walsall are looking for an Employment Support Worker to join our team. This is a rewarding opportunity to support young people aged 16–25, helping them overcome barriers, build confidence and develop the skills they need to progress into education, training, volunteering or employment.
Working directly with young people on a one-to-one and group basis, you’ll provide tailored employment support, including CV writing, job searching and interview preparation. You’ll manage a caseload, offer ongoing guidance and practical support, including financial literacy and referrals to specialist services, empowering young people to achieve their goals and achieve sustainable employment.
We appreciate your interest in this opportunity and wish you all the best with your application!
