The Opportunity

We’re looking for motivated, people-focused colleagues to join this exciting programme as Employment Specialists on a fixed term basis (dependent on funding)

This role offers a unique blend of hands-on coaching experience, professional development, and the opportunity to contribute to a high-profile partnership programme.

What You’ll Do

  • Work one-to-one with participants to identify strengths, set goals and build confidence
  • Support individuals with CVs, job applications and interview preparation
  • Build relationships with local employers to create job and training opportunities
  • Provide practical guidance, encouragement and ongoing support
