The role will involve working directly with primary care network teams, Talking Therapies, Care Co-ordinators, Jobcentre Plus, employers, trade unions, and employment agencies to keep people in employment and secure employment opportunities. You will work closely with practitioners in Thurrock Community Mental Health teams, Recovery College and other specialist services providing support in Thurrock.
If you have experience of providing vocational and employment support, alongside careers advice/job retention/employability training and a passion to remove barriers, build confidence and create opportunities for meaningful employment in an individuals recovery journey, we want to hear from you….!
