As an Employment Officer, you’ll play a transformative role—empowering people with learning disabilities, autism or additional needs to achieve meaningful, sustained employment. You’ll build strong relationships with jobseekers and employers, carry out vocational profiling and job matching, and champion inclusive recruitment so every person’s strength shine. Working within the BASE Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF), you’ll deliver high‑quality, person‑centred support from first engagement through to in‑work coaching, making a real and lasting difference to people’s lives while helping employers build diverse, future‑ready teams.
