This role sits within our People, Culture and Transformation group, and within the People Partnering Team. Your role will be effectively managing people relations practice across The Children's Society, aligning with our People Experience Framework.
We are currently looking for a People Experience focused ER Lead to join our dynamic, ambitious team. A key part of this role will be your ability to drive consistency and best practice across all People Relations activity, including supporting a team of HR Advisors and improving people manager capability across the organisation. Key skills and experience:
Essential:

  • Sound and up to date knowledge of Employment Law
  • Management of complex and sensitive employment relations cases
  • Development and embedding of Policies and Procedures

Desirable:

  • Line Management & Team Development
  • Use of data and MI in practice
  • Risk identification and management
