Flexibility The role is part-time, 15 hours per week over 39 weeks. Days to be confirmed. Occasional flexibility may be required to meet curriculum requirements or external events. The postholder is expected to engage in continuous professional development (CPD) and other planning activities outside of core hours as necessary to maintain and enhance teaching quality. Any additional CPD time should be reasonable and comply with statutory working hour limits. The role will comply with the Working Time Regulations 1998, ensuring total working hours, rest breaks, and overtime are managed appropriately.
