Purpose of the role

To deliver a range of mental health and wellbeing 1-1 and group interventions to young people between the ages of 11-24 and provide support parents/carers and training for the professionals. To support the project by working flexibly to meet the needs of service users and contribute to the smooth running of the mental health hub.
Essential criteria

  • Ability to deliver engaging interventions to young people
  • Strong engagement skills in 1:1 and group settings, providing advice and guidance
  • Understanding of equality, diversity, and inclusive practice
  • Able to manage workload independently
  • Good knowledge of mental health and wellbeing
  • Awareness of issues affecting young people, particularly emotional wellbeing



About the role:

  • Hours: Part-Time 18.75 Hours Pattern per week
  • Contract: Fixed contract ending 31/03/2027
  • Location: Truro, Cornwall
  • Salary: £26,227.50 Pro rata
  • Closing date: 6th June 2026
