About the Role

Waythrough wants people of all backgrounds to receive the highest standard of support. • Monitor equality, diversity & inclusion (EDI) data and inights, produce regular reports on our progress.

  • Work with service leads to develop and review their EDI action plans, to ensure equality and addressing inequalities are key parts of all strategies, plans and programmes.

  • Model our organisational values that sets the tone for people across the organisation.

  • Contribute to developing our culture of excellence and care which is collaborative and actively demonstrates our commitment to the people we support, and our core purpose.

You are an impactful communicator, able to engage with diverse communities and colleagues through a range of methods, confident in sharing your ideas both online and in person. Working from home, you are well organised and a good problem solver, but comfortable with collaborative working and seeking help when needed.

To succeed in the role you will need

  • A deep understanding of the barriers to engagement in health, care and housing services experienced by diverse communities. This understanding can be from lived or learned experience.
