Hours: 37.5

Salary: £25,102 per annum

Compton Care provides we provide high quality, accessible care and support for the people in our communities living with life limiting conditions across Wolverhampton, the Black Country, South Staffordshire and East Shropshire.

The charity’s annual running costs are £16 million, with 70% funded through our stores, fundraising, and donations from amazing supporters.

About the Role:

As Ecomms and Stock Assistant, you’ll be responsible for processing donated stock and sourced stock. This role is crucial in supporting our charity's mission by generating vital income through the sale of donated & sourced goods.

On a day-to-day basis you will list items on our online sales platforms, respond to customer enquiries, fulfil customer purchases and process parcels and customer returns. You will also produce data reports to support our online platforms as required.

This is a full-time role requiring 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility to work these hours across any of our 7 trading days & potentially our other sites. You will work alongside other Ecomms Assistants & our team of volunteers.

What we want you to bring:

You will need to have experience of or an interest in Retail online operations including administration, selling of used/new goods online. We also want someone who has good IT skills and who can build great relationships with those who want to give their time voluntarily, making a welcoming environment for all. Your good communication skills will also be utilised to promote our goods and services.
