We’re looking for an enthusiastic Early Years Worker to help shape vibrant, creative ministry for 0–5s and their families across the Salford Archdeaconry. In this exciting role, you’ll support and resource churches and mission communities as they develop distinctively Christian toddler groups, fresh expressions of worship, and strong links with local Early Years staff in schools. You’ll also champion best practice, explore new ideas, and help nurture outdoor and innovative worship experiences. If you’re creative, relational, and inspired by the opportunity to make a real difference for young children and their families, we’d love to hear from you!
