RAFAKidz Medmenham is a hugely popular Ofsted rated ‘Outstanding’ nursery with a growing waiting list for families to come and join us. The setting has circa 20 colleagues who support up to 52 children. Our amazing nursery team won the national award for their beautiful Outdoor Learning Environment’ as well as being the first nursery in the group to gain a ‘Food for Life’ accreditation. For every child that comes through the doors of RAFAKidz, no matter their ability, background or circumstances, we provide experiences that will help them be confident and reach their full potential.

About you
As a qualified Early Years Educator you will hold a full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification and have a sound knowledge of the responsibilities that go with the role. We need you have a minimum 1 years nursery experience and a Paediatric First Aid certificate. A typical day in the role will involve;

Using the EYFS learning outcomes to plan and carry out fun, educational and stimulating activities
Updating and maintaining accurate records that fulfil Ofsted requirements
Designated key worker responsibilities for a group of children
Work with Senco to identify and support children with special educational needs and disabilities
