  • Start Date: September 2026 Contract: Fixed Term, until August 2027 Working hours: 36 hours per week Salary: £25,583 - £28,598 (pro rata £22,005 - £24,599 per annum)

    About the Role:

    To provide high-quality care and education for children in our Early Years setting, ensuring a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment that supports their holistic development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Support excellent teaching and learning inside and outside the classroom.
    • Carry out interventions that support children’s learning and development.
    • Foster strong, trusting relationships with children, parents and colleagues to create a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
    • Plan and facilitate age-appropriate activities and interactions that encourage curiosity, creativity and problem-solving in line with the EYFS framework.
    • Maintain a vigilant approach to safeguarding, ensuring children’s welfare is always the highest priority.
    • Ensure all children feel valued and included, promoting equality, diversity and positive attitudes to learning.
    Qualification Criteria:
    • Maths and English GCSE or equivalent at grade C or above
    • Right to work in the U.K.
    • Knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development
    • Level 3 Early Years Qualification or equivalent (desirable)
