Bramwell House is a residential centre accommodating 51 adults 18years+ who are experiencing homelessness. We are looking to recruit an Early Intervention Worker who is motivated and able to assist with delivering a high quality programme of support which promotes client choice and control.
Key responsibilities:
- Promote client choice by working as part of the Support Team to deliver a range of inhouse support provisions which clients can opt into and which are designed to achieve successful health related support outcomes for clients.
- Work in line with all relevant legislation and guidelines to protect clients, colleagues, staff
- Understand and work within the Mission and Values of The Salvation Army
- Support the Spiritual Programme
- Respect the diversity of other people’s culture, faith and practice
- Champion Service User choice and control
Successful candidate will have:
- Motivation towards supporting vulnerable clients to achieve focussed and positive life outcomes
- Good customer service and time management skills with ability to prioritise workload
- A passion for transforming the lives of people experiencing homelessness
- Ability to understand, demonstrate and apply our core values of integrity, accountability, compassion, passion, respect and boldness.
- Ability to work within the Christian ethos of The Salvation Army
