Early Intervention Worker

Bramwell House is a residential centre accommodating 51 adults 18years+ who are experiencing homelessness. We are looking to recruit an Early Intervention Worker who is motivated and able to assist with delivering a high quality programme of support which promotes client choice and control.

Key responsibilities:

• Promote client choice by working as part of the Support Team to deliver a range of inhouse support provisions which clients can opt into and which are designed to achieve successful health related support outcomes for clients.
• Work in line with all relevant legislation and guidelines to protect clients, colleagues, staff
• Understand and work within the Mission and Values of The Salvation Army
• Support the Spiritual Programme
• Respect the diversity of other people’s culture, faith and practice
• Champion Service User choice and control

Successful candidate will have: 

• Motivation towards supporting vulnerable clients to achieve focussed and positive life outcomes
• Good customer service and time management skills with ability to prioritise workload
• A passion for transforming the lives of people experiencing homelessness
• Ability to understand, demonstrate and apply our core values of integrity, accountability, compassion, passion, respect and boldness.
• Ability to work within the Christian ethos of The Salvation Army
