The role
Join RADA Business' Duty Management team and play a key role in ensuring our world-renowned buildings, events, and training programmes run smoothly, safely, and professionally.
As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day operation of RADA’s facilities, helping to create a safe, welcoming, and exceptional experience for students, staff, visitors, audiences, and clients. Working closely with the Operations Manager and alongside fellow Duty Managers, you will oversee the smooth delivery of performances, events, courses, and commercial activities within RADA Business.
This is a varied, hands on role that combines operational management, customer service, and facilities support. You will be responsible for building security, opening and closing procedures, supporting emergency evacuations, acting as a First Aider, setting up spaces for a wide range of activities, and providing administrative support across both RADA and RADA Business.
The successful candidate will be proactive, organised, customer focused, and confident working in a fast-paced environment. You will take pride in delivering outstanding service, supporting colleagues and clients, and helping to ensure that every visitor to RADA receives a first class experience.
