The Role

We have a role for a motivated and experienced driver & house clearance operative to join the team. If you have experience of driving, retail and/or house clearance operations and would like to work for Lewis-Manning Hospice Care charity, this role could be for you.

The Driver & Logistics Operative will support the activities of the retail & commercial operations through house collections/clearances and deliveries from locations within Dorset and the Purbecks and any other agreed geographical location.

You will be responsible for providing a professional and commercially focused approach to support sales for the retail chain whilst enhancing the Lewis-Manning Hospice Care brand externally.

The Person

The successful applicant will have experience of;

• Experience of working in a similar driving/warehouse role.
• Full clean driving licence
• Delivery/collection/house clearance experience
• Good organisational skills
• Understanding of safe working practices in a driving/warehouse environment
• Experience of working with the public.
• Good customer service skills.
