About the Role
MAP is seeking a Driver who will be responsible for safely transporting MAP mobile clinic staff and supplies between office, warehouse, and field locations while adhering to security protocols and checkpoint procedures. The Driver will ensure vehicle maintenance, conduct daily safety checks, and maintain accurate logbooks. The role also involves monitoring road conditions, reporting security concerns, and ensuring compliance with traffic laws and MAP’s safety regulations. Additionally, the Driver assists with basic administrative tasks and supports vehicle licensing and registration to ensure smooth operations.

About You
The ideal candidate holds a valid driving licence and has proven driving experience, preferably within an NGO or humanitarian context. They maintain a clean driving record with no recorded violations. They have strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, safety protocols, and incident reporting, as well as familiarity with security procedures related to field operations. The candidate should also have a solid understanding of the organisation’s operational areas, particularly the mobile clinic locations. They possess basic auto-mechanic skills, strong communication abilities in both Arabic and English.
