Are you a passionate theatre practitioner who believes that drama is more than just a subject—it’s a journey of self-discovery?

Elmfield Rudolf Steiner School is seeking a creative and dedicated Part-Time Drama Teacher to join our vibrant community. At Elmfield, we don’t just teach to a curriculum; we nurture the whole human being. We are looking for an educator who can bridge the gap between the imaginative, ensemble-driven Steiner Waldorf tradition and the academic rigor of GCSE Drama.

While Drama is your primary passion, the ability to offer a second subject is highly beneficial. Whether you have a background in Humanities, English Literature, or a practical craft, we value educators who can contribute to the multidisciplinary nature of our Upper School curriculum.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a teacher who:

Holds QTS and has demonstrable experience teaching Science up to GCSE level.

Has a genuine interest in, or experience with, Rudolf Steiner's educational philosophy.

Can transition seamlessly between the demands of external examinations and the imaginative, artistic work of the Main Lesson curriculum.

Please contact Sam Price for further information or to arrange a meeting with our School Lead.
