Salary: £24,784.50 – £26,872.22 (Dependent upon qualifications and experience)
Location: Sandwell/Wolverhampton (community-based and accommodation support)

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate individual with experience of supporting vulnerable people, who is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred support.
You will have a strong understanding of domestic abuse, safeguarding, and risk management, alongside the ability to work effectively within a multi-agency environment. You will be confident in managing a caseload, delivering both one-to-one and group interventions, and advocating for individuals to ensure their safety and wellbeing.
The Role:
As a Domestic Abuse Advocate within the Ask MARC service, you will provide specialist frontline support to male victims of domestic abuse and interpersonal violence, recognising and responding to the unique barriers men may face when accessing support.
You will work with individuals whose needs fall within standard and medium assessed risk levels, delivering a responsive, trauma-informed and person-centred service across both community and accommodation-based settings.
This role is central to empowering male victims, increasing awareness of abuse against men, and supporting individuals to regain control of their lives in a safe and supported way.
