About the role

Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday 09:00-17:00 with some flexibility

Location: Hybrid-working with requirement for regular travel to Cardiff Hub, 18 Park Place, Cardiff, CF10 3DQ and other locations across Wales when required.

Purpose of Role:

To provide strategic and operational leadership across The Wallich's services and functions, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred services that achieve positive outcomes for people experiencing homelessness. To drive operational excellence, quality improvement and service innovation in line with the organisation's strategy and values.

Working closely with the Chief Executive, Executive Team and Board of Trustees, you will contribute to strategic development, organisational growth, and sustainability, while ensuring robust governance, compliance, safeguarding, financial stewardship, and risk management arrangements are in place.

The role is responsible for developing and leading a high-performing operational culture that empowers colleagues, strengthens partnerships, and supports The Wallich's mission to prevent and end homelessness, and to create opportunities for people to thrive.

This role is subject to a Standard DBS check
