Director of Music in the parish of Mill End & Heronsgate with West Hyde

We are looking for someone who:

• Possesses the musical skills to play the pipe organs and electronic keyboards in two of our churches.
• Has the enthusiasm and drive to sustain and develop our excellent choir and to build our monthly band.
• Can lead the worship musically in the traditional style but can also explore contemporary music to enhance the worship, prayer and praise of our Sunday services and other seasonal services.
• Will be part of the life of our parish under the leadership of our newly appointed Vicar, working within a small ministry team and alongside the Wardens and PCC with the vision of expressing the Christian ethos through music, song and creativity.

We offer a salary of £5446 pa, 6 Sundays off per year outside of special services, extra fees for weddings and funerals and an established choir and band.
