Are you an exceptional senior leader, who is ready to drive income growth, system innovation and strategic partnerships across grassroots football in Surrey?

This is a high-impact executive role for an experienced fundraising and partnership professional who thrives on income diversification, public sector commissioning organisational growth and strategy development.

The Director of Fundraising & Strategic Partnerships will lead and grow sustainable income across multiple fundraising streams while developing high-value strategic partnerships. This income will advance Surrey FA’s mission while influencing system-wide change in football provision and beyond.

You will work closely with the CEO, Trustees, Senior Leadership Team and external stakeholders to secure funding, raise organisational profile and position Surrey FA as a commissioned delivery partner.
