Direct Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Strong understanding of direct marketing principles, particularly digital acquisition across platforms such as Meta and Google PPC.
- Knowledge of data-driven fundraising and audience insight approaches.
- Awareness of emerging digital fundraising trends and their application within the charity sector.
- Excellent campaign planning and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities to tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate into actionable insight.
- Confident communicator, able to influence colleagues and agencies to achieve agreed objectives.
- Proven experience in delivering successful direct marketing campaigns, ideally with a strong digital focus.
- Experience developing and launching new fundraising or commercial products.
