Diocesan Trustee

The Diocese of Hexham and Newcastle is looking to appoint a Trustee with property skills and experience.

As a canonical entity, the Diocese is accountable to the Holy See and as a civil entity, registered charity and company limited by guarantee, accountable to both the Charity Commission and Companies House.

Chaired by the Bishop, The Board of Trustees provides leadership and determines the overall strategic direction of the organisation. It holds the Diocese in Trust and ensures public confidence in all that it does.

Individuals with significant property, estates management and acquisitions experience and knowledge of charity law relating to land are encouraged to view the Role Descriptor and Application Form below.
