We bring together employers, individuals and partners across the sector to drive positive culture change—providing practical resources, support and guidance to help make that ambition a reality.
The role
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to help more people discover, engage with and benefit from Drinks United’s work.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll turn programme activity into clear, engaging digital content—supporting our visibility across social media, our website and wider campaigns.
Working closely with our Communications Lead and Programme Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring Drinks United maintains a consistent, professional and impactful digital presence.
This would suit someone who is organised, proactive and confident creating content for professional audiences—with an interest in inclusion, safeguarding, culture change or social impact.
What you’ll be doing

Planning, creating and publishing content across LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook

Managing the social media content calendar and maintaining a consistent rhythm

Creating simple, high-quality visuals and assets using Canva (or similar)

Updating website content, including news, campaigns, events and resources

Supporting promotion of toolkits, reports, events, webinars and partner activity

Spotting content opportunities linked to programme activity and industry moments

Reviewing basic performance data and suggesting ways to improve reach and engagement
What we’re looking for

Experience in digital marketing, social media or content creation

Strong written communication skills, with a clear and engaging style

Confidence creating content for professional or industry audiences

Experience using Canva or similar tools

Experience managing social media platforms and content calendars

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities independently

A collaborative approach and confidence working with multiple stakeholders

An interest in inclusion, safeguarding, workplace culture or social impact
Experience in the drinks industry is welcome, but not essential.

Flexible, remote working

Approx. one day per week (with some flexibility in how this is structured)

6 month contract initially

£25 per hour (~£800 per month)
