We are seeking a passionate marketing professional to join our team on a maternity cover contract. Reporting to the School Principal and working closely with the global marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in promoting WSET School London and shaping its next chapter.
This is an exciting moment to join us as we embark on transformative projects, including a new website build and a brand refresh, designed to strengthen our global presence and enhance the student experience.
In this role, you will lead the marketing plan across all channels, driving growth, acquisition, and retention. You will manage the school’s communications strategy, ensuring a consistent, engaging, and on-brand voice, and represent WSET School London in strategic initiatives such as the website redevelopment and brand refresh, helping to bring our vision to life.

Key Responsibilities
Planning, Budgeting & reporting
- Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation and maximum impact.
- Deliver this year’s marketing plan within budget, optimising spend against agreed objectives.
- Report monthly on performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
- Develop the annual marketing plan and budget for FY 26–27.
Website, SEO & PPC
- Manage and maintain the WSET School London section of the website, ensuring all courses, tastings, and events are up to date and accurately represented.
- Collaborate with the Course Coordinator and Student Services team to ensure content accuracy, compliance, and optimisation.
- Monitor site performance using analytics tools and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with our paid media agency to plan and deliver effective Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
Communications
- Manage the School’s social media channels, promoting activities, building community, and driving engagement.
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to increase retention and conversion, using data-driven insights to optimise results.
- Track campaign performance and implement testing strategies to continuously improve outcomes.
- Work with the WSET Communications Manager to secure media coverage, identify influencer collaborations, and highlight key stories.
- Ensure all communications are on brand and maintain consistency throughout the student journey.
- Write and approve key communications for WSET School London students.
Events
- Lead the organisation of internal marketing events such as open days and engagement activities.
- Manage WSET School London’s presence at external events and trade shows, ensuring our brand is represented to the highest standard.
Essential skills and competencies
- Professional marketing qualification or equivalent experience with a strong understanding of data-driven marketing.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (ideally DotDigital) — including campaign creation, automation, and contact management.
- Experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics and CMS platforms (ideally Umbraco).
- Experience using CRM systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the ongoing digital transformation of WSET. Accounts Assistant

We’re currently looking for a dedicated and proactive Accounts Assistant to join our Finance Team in the UK. This is a key role supporting the day-to-day financial operations of our business and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our Purchase Ledger. You’ll be part of a collaborative, purpose-driven team at the heart of a dynamic, international organisation.
Principle duties and responsibilities:
- Ensure all purchase orders, invoices and expense claims are approved in line with the purchasing policy, are correctly coded and accurately recorded in finance system (NetSuite).
- Prepare and process payment runs, including electronic payments adhering to payment terms and company policies.
- Ensure claims on our expenses platform (currently Webexpenses) are exported and accounted for in NetSuite.
- Handle supplier queries and disputes in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues to maintain positive vendor relationships.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of supplier accounts, payments, and transactions.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures, including journal entries, accruals and prepayments related to purchases.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal controls.
- Full ownership of the ‘Accounts Payable’ inbox.
Other Duties
- Balance sheet reconciliation for selected accounts
- Purchase Order and Expense platform training for non-finance colleagues
- Assisting with queries and reporting as required by management.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency in the purchase-to-pay cycle.

About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and collaborative Credit Controller to join our friendly Finance Team. This is a key role that helps ensure WSET’s cashflow is well managed, customer accounts are accurate, and finance queries are handled with professionalism and care.
You’ll take ownership of core finance functions—credit control, cashbook management, and the Finance Inbox—while also supporting wider team initiatives. If you enjoy building positive relationships, solving problems, and bringing clarity to financial processes, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Credit Control
- Manage the full credit control cycle, including issuing statements, chasing overdue payments and maintaining accurate customer ledgers.
- Build and nurture positive relationships with customers while ensuring timely collections.
- Escalate aged debts or potential credit risks to the Finance Manager when appropriate.
- Review and update credit limits and terms in collaboration with management.
Cash Book Management
- Maintain and reconcile daily cashbooks across all WSET bank accounts.

Finance Queries & Team Support
- Take full ownership of the Finance Inbox—triaging, prioritising, and responding to enquiries promptly and professionally.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Greek linguist (with drinks industry knowledge, subject matter expertise in wine) to ensure accurate and high-quality translation of educational content. The candidates must be fluent in English and Greek and would join our team on a freelance basis. The ideal candidates have a passion for accuracy, education and effective communication. This role involves reviewing translations, proofreading and copy editing for accuracy, fluency and clarity and ensuring the precision of primarily wine-related, but also beer and spirits-related content, terminology and translation memory.
Key Responsibilities
Content Review and Quality Assurance:
Review translated exam papers and course content in Greek to ensure accuracy and adherence to industry and professional standards.
Verify the correct usage of terminology and industry language in educational materials.
Ensure that the final translation is of high quality, meets industry expectations and is free from any technical inaccuracies.
Wine Knowledge Consultation:
Act as a consultant to provide insights and guidance on wine-related topics and terminology in the target language(s).
Assist the Localisation Team with linguistic queries throughout the project localisation process.
Team collaboration:
Collaborate with content creators and other teams to ensure technical accuracy in wine-related materials in the target language(s).
Collaborate with WSET’s Localisation Team, other linguists and technical editors to discuss and establish translations for key terminology.
Requirements

Certification: WSET Level 2 Wines or equivalent required, WSET Level 3 Wines equivalent highly desirable.

Proven expertise in content review and editorial processes.

Language Skills: Fluent (native level) Greek; good command of English at CEFR B2/C1 level or equivalent.

The Exam Coordinator is responsible for contributing to an environment of continuous improvement and customer focus to deliver a high-level of service for our customers. You will take responsibility for all aspects of processing WSET exams, ensuring that all customers receive the best possible level of support in line with agreed KPIs / SLAs. Your success will be measured through the value you add to the organisation by delivering against our operational objectives, driving continuous improvement and high-quality customer centric performance.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Exam administration and processing
• Take ownership of processing exam orders and results delivery according to the most current standard operating procedures.
• Stay up to date with WSET’s systems and products, especially as they relate to exam delivery.
• Proactively suggest improvements to processes and workflows to contribute to greater efficiencies, enhanced working practices and WSET’s ESG strategy.
• Support ongoing compliance with Ofqual and associated reporting and tracking.
• Liaise with other teams e.g. Qualifications and Business Development teams to ensure best-in-class delivery of qualifications.
2. Provide a consistently high level of customer service to all WSET customers
• Take ownership of providing resolutions to exam-related customer enquiries received via a range of channels, in a manner consistent with WSET’s customer service ethos and agreed time frames.
• Contribute to creating an environment of continuous improvement and customer excellence to deliver an efficient, best-in-class service for our customers.
