RESPONSIBLE TO: Marketing & Admissions Manager

Rydal Penrhos School is seeking a creative and driven Digital Marketing & Communications Officer to
play a central role in shaping the digital voice of North Wales’ leading independent school. This
hands-on position focuses on producing high-quality photo and video content, managing a strategic
digital content plan, delivering engaging social media campaigns (organic and paid), updating the
school website, designing marketing materials using Canva, and ensuring brand consistency across
all communications and on-site materials. The successful candidate will help showcase our academic
excellence, vibrant co-curricular life and outstanding pastoral care, supporting pupil recruitment and
strengthening our reputation locally and beyond.
