The Learning team at The Trust is looking for an enthusiastic and creative leader to cover our Digital Learning Manager role during a period of family leave. Responsible for implementing our digital learning strategy, you’ll lead a small team to create high-quality, engaging digital learning content to upskill and empower our staff, volunteers and delivery partners to better support young people.
You will manage the team across a busy schedule of work to ensure that we effectively engage with our stakeholders, understand their needs, and work with them to create digital learning content that delivers against learning outcomes, working right across the training cycle. You’ll also be responsible for managing our Learning Management System, ensuring that all our learning content is accessible to the right groups of learners. The role sits within a small but dedicated team, who are committed to delivering work of the highest quality. This means that you’ll also need to be hands-on with the creative process, from storyboarding and scripting through to camera set-up, filming, graphic design, and editing. You’ll also lead in the evaluation and continuous improvement of our digital learning products, tracking data and lead times to ensure the best experience for both stakeholders and end users. As a family leave cover role, we’ll be looking for someone with direct experience in the same or a similar role in order to smoothly transition into this fast-paced and dynamic team.
This role is perfect for you if you have an excellent grounding in digital learning content production, coupled with the drive to innovate and lead a team towards bigger and better things, all in service to the young people we support. If you are up for a challenge and want to be part of a great team, then we’d love to hear from you!
