About the Role
As our Digital Communications Officer, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we communicate with Carers, partners and supporters.
From writing compelling stories and managing social media, to developing campaigns and growing our digital reach, you’ll help ensure our work is seen, understood and valued.
You’ll work closely with our Team to capture real experiences and turn them into powerful, meaningful content.
What You’ll Be Doing

Creating engaging content for our website, newsletters and social media

Telling authentic stories that reflect Carers’ lived experiences

Managing and growing our digital platforms

Supporting fundraising campaigns and raising awareness of our work

Producing graphics, video and promotional materials

Monitoring performance and shaping future communications

Maintaining our WordPress website and ensuring content is accessible and up to date
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:

A
strong writerwith a creative and engaging style -
Confident using
social media, digital platforms and analytics -
Experienced in
WordPress and video editing (Premiere Pro or similar) -
Passionate about telling stories in a way that is
ethical, sensitive and impactful -
Organised, self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities

Committed to maintaining
high standards of data protection and safeguarding
Most importantly, you’ll understand how to communicate with care, purpose and authenticity.
