Your contribution will be

  • Overseeing the organisation’s global development strategy, delivering consolidated income, strategic objectives, and long-term financial sustainability
  • Driving the growth, diversification, and resilience of the global fundraising portfolio through strategic partnerships and by expanding sustainable funding streams
  • Leading the global development function and enabling the countries to maximise fundraising performance and achieve agreed targets
  • Establishing and strengthening global fundraising frameworks, systems, and supporter engagement approaches to enable consistent, scalable and effective fundraising
  • Championing a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by leveraging emerging trends and opportunities, piloting new fundraising approaches and scaling successful initiatives
  • Fostering collaboration, alignment, and knowledge sharing across the global fundraising community
  • Leading and developing the direction of the organisation’s audiovisual development
  • Providing strategic leadership to functions and country counterparts globally to strengthen fundraising effectiveness
  • Leading, developing and empowering a high-performing, diverse, international and multidisciplinary team, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
  • Overseeing planning, budgeting, financial stewardship, performance management, and reporting of the global development portfolio

Your profile ideally illustrates

  • Senior leadership experience leading development and diversified funding strategies, ideally in complex, international or impact-driven organisations
  • Strong strategic leadership capability, with experience driving organisational change, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • Experience leading global, multidisciplinary, and cross-cultural teams at senior level
  • Strong understanding of financial planning and budgeting
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS' vision and mission
