We're looking for a talented and motivated Designer to join Mind's in‑house Creative team. This is an exciting opportunity to help bring our brand to life across a wide range of formats, creating impactful, audience‑centred design that supports our mission to ensure everyone with a mental health problem gets support and respect.

As part of a growing team, you'll produce high‑quality design work across print and digital, from campaign assets and marketing materials to reports, templates, social media graphics and event collateral. You'll collaborate with colleagues across Mind, turning briefs into engaging visuals and ensuring all creative output is consistent, accessible and a strong expression of our brand.

This role is perfect for someone with a strong eye for detail, a passion for creativity, and the ability to work across multiple briefs at once in a fast‑moving environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Creating engaging, on‑brand design work across print and digital
  • Delivering artwork correctly prepared for print or optimised for digital use
  • Managing multiple briefs at once, balancing new creative with BAU design needs
  • Maintaining brand consistency and supporting quality control across Mind's visual outputs
  • Collaborating with colleagues in Content, Digital and Campaigns to develop impactful concepts
  • Supporting the management of assets in our digital asset library
  • Occasionally commissioning or liaising with freelancers or agencies
  • Staying up to date with design trends, accessibility practices and best‑practice production techniques

About you

You'll bring:

  • Experience designing for both print and digital formats
  • Confidence using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Creative flair and the ability to work within brand guidelines
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines
  • Great communication and stakeholder‑management skills
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused approach and the ability to use your own initiative
  • An understanding of inclusive, accessible design practices
