About the Production

The Wind in the Willows – adapted by Mark Powell, directed by Mark Babych

Poop-poop!

Join friends Mole, Ratty, Badger and Toad on an exciting, fun-filled whirlwind
adventure this festive season.

Fresh out of winter hibernation and celebrating the arrival of spring, Mole
discovers an unlikely friendship with newfound friend Ratty. Exploring the
riverbank together, the friends soon become involved in the boastful but
endearing Toad’s latest fad, which begins a chain of chaotic events.

Teaming up with wise old Badger, the friends brave the wild wood and join forces
to try and help save Toad and his beloved Toad Hall in time for Christmas.

Featuring brand new music and clever costumes, this charming adaptation has a
lot of heart! Based on Kenneth Grahame’s much-loved classic novel, audiences are
invited to explore themes of friendship, loyalty, home and belonging - with some
added joyous Christmas magic.

The perfect alternative to pantomime over the holidays, magically captivating
audiences of all ages.
