Your role

  • Support the smooth running of housing services, ensuring compliance and safety
  • Build positive relationships with residents, colleagues, volunteers, and the local community
  • Assist with tenancy management and help residents understand their rights and responsibilities
  • Support the Retirement Communities Manager with managing and marketing voids
  • Promote social activities and encourage use of communal spaces
  • Maintain accurate records and systems for effective service delivery

Your skills

  • Passion for creating welcoming communities for older people
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Ability to lead and motivate staff and volunteers
  • Experience in housing or a similar customer-focused environment
  • Confident using IT systems
